Shipping & Returns

Our shipping rates are as follows:

All orders are normally shipped within 3-5 working days.

We use Australia post and will do our best in packing your items safely.

Some items may incurr a courier service fee eg. fragile, excess weight or size which will be stated on the item at time of purchasing ("courier charges may apply").

We will do our best to keep the charges fare & will notify you the cost as soon as we are informed.

Also if you wish to have your purchase couriered instead of posted please state that in your contact email & will we inform you regarding the charge.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the approx. delivery date or alternatively you may cancel or select another item.

For larger or bulky items, they may be picked up at an organised, time date & location if in the local area.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at  Beach and Beyond

If your item is broken or faulty upon receipt please notify us within 48hrs. We will gladly replace the item or refund the orginal payment type (eg- paypal or direct deposit). Some items may need to be returned "Reply Paid" if so we will contact you for a copy of the invoice, your orginal payment details & the Repy Paid returns number.

Sorry no exchange or refund on any sale or clearance items. 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to: Beach and Beyond, 1/24 George St. Manly, N.S.W. Australia and also include the following information:

If you wish to exchange an item due to "change of mind" for a different item, this must be done within 14 days. The original item must be in perfect unused condition & please include the name of the item you wish to exchange for.

*Please note the postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer & will not be refunded for change of mind*
